Woman of the lake, I've returned to see you wake The people you have held for so long. Resting in your arms, We meant you no harm When we ignored and poured our waste to where it don't belong. I remember, the power that we have inside. I remember, what it feels like to be alive. The blood running through my veins Is the water of these rains. A storm has formed to convey a message from Earth to Sky. Flashing before my eyes, I hear the lightning's cry. The thunder rolling in is the energy held within. I remember, the power that we have inside. I remember, what it feels like to be alive.

Everything is perfect anyway, God holds us in his hands as part of the divine plan. Live to give to the life you are among, The Earth you dwell upon. Nothing on this Earth can be wrong, Feeling strong. Everything is perfect anyway, God holds us in his hands as part of the divine plan. When you think that you have moved on, Then it comes full on. It's a lesson to be learned all along, Made into a song. Everything is perfect anyway, God holds us in his hands as part of the divine plan.

In times before our elders thrived, A power that they knew. Built structures that still stand today, To show us what we can do. In the middle of the desert, Logs were hauled from far away. We wonder why they bothered To build a temple set in place. Petroglyphs were etched upon the steep canyon walls, So later the story could be read by one and all. We did more than just hunt and gather, Follow the sun so time was measured, A stone becomes as light as a feather, It's effortless when we work together. In a remote land, Where few would come passing by, We never did this alone, We had assistance from the sky. We honored Mother Earth And so, visited Gods of the Sun. Saved us from catastrophe, So we could carry on. Tending to the land As though it was a giant farm, Following four seasons The sacred rhythm of the One. We did more than just hunt and gather, Follow the sun so time was measured, A stone becomes as light as a feather, It's effortless when we work together.

El Lago 04:04
El lago está llamando a mí... The lake is calling to me... To take time to yourself, So you may cure the wounds exposed. Opening our eyes again To what potentials can unfold. Society may be masked By a superficiality, But it's a clear contrast To show our authenticity. El lago está hablando a mí... The lake is talking to me... In Quetzalcoatl's abode, Where dragons used to fly, Surrounded by volcanoes We hear the mothers cry. Beneath the rising waters An ancient temple lies. In the past we have been hiding, Now we take off our disguise. El lago está llamando a mí... The lake is calling to me...

Pure Water 05:22
After all that we have taken, We've come to understand We can create in a new way, Giving back to the land. The spirit of the spring Shows us that we can Breathe life into everything, It's a gift from God's hands. Pure Water... Can smooth the roughest stone. Pure Water... Sprouts seeds that have been sewn. The land is for us to tend, not for us to own. Listen to the teachings that have been shown. We all are one, we are not alone. Inside every cell is something that we've always known. Pure Water. Water will always find a flow despite the obstacles in the way Take the path of least resistance, so in the future we can stay. If we continue on this road then there's a toll we'll have to pay Without we would never live to see another day. Pure Water... Can smooth the roughest stone. Pure Water... Sprouts seeds that have been sewn. We travel in the direction that the wind has blown. Listen to the teachings that have been shown. We all are one, we are not alone. Inside every cell is something that we've always known. Pure Water.

I'll tell you a tale my Grandmother told me. Twas' a mountain of gold, and elephant was he. Inside a serpent lie coiled in a ball, The energy stored here has been felt by all. Offering in hand with intent strong, Sunrise shows us where we've been all along. Feel the air that blows, Hear the waters sound, Smell the fire's smoke, Taste foods from the ground. The four elements connect us To the senses five, So in every moment We see the light. A world dipped in gold shines on to our face, Beauty to behold is here to embrace. We let go of our grasp, give our gift to the wind Which carries the Sun to every direction. Feel the air that blows, Hear the waters sound, Smell the fire's smoke, Taste foods from the ground. The four elements connect us To the senses five, So in every moment We see the light.

Life is a work of art That cannot be sold. When we come from the heart All that we touch is gold. The anger we hold will not last We cannot change the past, But compassion can heal any wound Our experience is precious. The sadness we hold will not last We cannot change the past, But joy can heal any wound Our experience is precious. Life is a work of art That cannot be sold. When we come from the heart All that we touch is gold. The frustration we hold will not last We cannot change the past, But clarity can heal any wound Our experience is precious. The temptation we hold will not last We cannot change the past, But purity can heal any wound Our experience is precious. Life is a work of art That cannot be sold. When we come from the heart All that we touch is gold. The stagnance we hold will not last We cannot change the past, But grace can heal any wound Our experience is precious. The loneliness we hold will not last We cannot change the past, But company can heal any wound Our experience is precious. Life is a work of art That cannot be sold. When we come from the heart All that we touch is gold. The seperation we hold will not last We cannot change the past, But unity can heal any wound Our experience is precious. The thoughts we hold will not last We cannot change the past, But feelings can heal any wound Our experience is precious. Life is a work of art That cannot be sold. When we come from the heart All that we touch is gold. The darkness we hold will not last We cannot change the past, But light can heal any wound Our experience is precious. The hate we hold will not last We cannot change the past, But love can heal any wound Our experience is precious. Life is a work of art That cannot be sold. When we come from the heart All that we touch is gold.

The Goddess 04:13
True power is empowering, Despite what we think we knew. In the presence we feel only love, Integrity is held by few. One can surround themselves with people, To obscure the view But when you connect directly In their eyes you see the truth You are a dot and so am I, Together we weave the web. Upon which raindrops sparkle, Dancing in the wind. The Goddess not of a rational mind, Her feelings reflect what we've held inside. The Goddess is stepping up to the plate, To lead the world on for future days. True teachings come straight from the source, Not given secondhand. We are sent by spirit To help the love expand. All is welcome here, Nobody can impede. Surrender all of your thought And let your heart lead. Under a canopy of the stars The darkness of the night, Is illuminated as we dance, Basking in moonlight. The Goddess not of a rational mind, Her feelings reflect what we've held inside. The Goddess is stepping up to the plate, To lead the world on for future days.

Returning to the wilderness, Breath a sigh of relief. Read the holy words of natures code, Inscribed upon every leaf. Throughout the day the voices of the birds Are heard united in symphony. The insects continue the song, Into the night in harmony. Freeing ourselves from the cage, Once we take a look. We may not be on the same page, But we are all reading the same book. Returning to the wilderness, Breath a sigh of relief. Read the holy words of natures code, Inscribed upon every leaf. Decipher what is being spoken, And apply it to your life. Around is a reflection, Of what we feel inside. Freeing ourselves from the cage, Once we take a look. We may not be on the same page, But we are all reading the same book.

One and One 01:56
In the light of day, we see the dark in our way. In the dark of night, shines a spark of light. To make time to pray, seems easy it may. We laugh in spite, to surrender the fight. One and One make another, Earth and Sun, divine lover. All come from Father and Mother, You can't have one without the other. On day soon we will plainly see, There's no other way to construct infinity. The dark in fact helps us see the light clearly. In the light what appears is a mere fantasy. One and One make another, Earth and Sun, divine lover. All come from Father and Mother, You can't have one without the other.

about

The Quetzal is closely associated with Quetzalcoatl, who was considered the God of creation and a giver of life. This God was depicted as a plumed serpent; the Quetzal is symbolic of the cloud, while the snake symbolizes the wind. These birds were sacred to the ancient Maya and Aztec peoples, who viewed the quetzals as "gods of the air" and symbols of goodness and light.

Ancient people believed the Quetzal would not survive in captivity, it would rather die than be held prisoner. The Quetzals were also believed to be the spiritual protectors of the Mayan chiefs, and they would accompany them in battle, and in some cases die with them. Priests and royalty wore their feathers during ceremonies.
